Avocado Dip

- ½ Avocado
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Cilantro
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Tbl. Lime Juice
- ¼ tsp. Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
- Place all the ingredients into your food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Presto. It’s ready!
- Serve with sliced zucchini, red bell peppers or your favorite dippers. Or just eat it by the spoonful’s. It’s that good.
We use Traders Joe's plain yogurt. . It has the highest fat content that I have found and wow does it taste good.
Other options:
- Thin it with a little cream or olive oil and have a creamy salad dressing too.
- Use to dress your chicken salad.
