If there is no guarantee indicated on the page from where you purchased the product or service, it is because no guarantee is offered on that product or service.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). To request an RMA go to the website where you purchased our product and click the Contact Us link. Complete the contact form with details of your purchase (date, name of product, your name, email, etc.) and an RMA will be returned to you for all qualified returns.
To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product by USPS with either delivery confirmation or certified mail with a tracking number. If we cannot locate your return and you do not have proof that the product was received by us we cannot issue a refund.
Once a return is received the refund process will take no more than 30 days though our goal is to complete most refunds in 5 business days.
You will be notified by us when we complete your refund and it may take 90-120 days to appear on your statement. These transaction times depend on the policies of your bank or credit card companies and are beyond our control. Valid refunds requested after 120 days, or in cases of changed or expired credit cards, may be subject to alternative means of repayment.
IF YOU REFUSE OR DO NOT ACCEPT A SHIPMENT FOR AN ORDER YOU PLACED, WE WILL DEDUCT OUR SHIPPING COSTS AND A 20% SERVICE CHARGE FROM ANY REFUND THAT IS DUE.
